Description

Presence Monitor

Detects the presence of a tagged savvyPanel application running in a computer or iOS device when it is viewing a page in the savvyPanel system of this device.

Also detects the page number that is being viewed.

The presence feature must be activated in the savvyPanel application preferences or settings.

Set a tag number to uniquely identify the application's presence.

Parameters

Tag Input, Read-write, Analog (signed 16-bit integer)
0 to 255

Presence Monitor - Tag

Select a number, 0 to 255, to identify a particular computer's or iOS device's savvyPanel application with that tag number set.

The tag number is set in the application's preferences or settings.

The function block indicates the presence of matching application(s) in Status.

The application must be viewing a page that is in the savvyPanel system of this device.

The page number that it is viewing is indicated in Active Page.


Status Output, Read-only, Boolean (signed 16-bit integer)

Presence Monitor - Status

Indicates the presence of application(s) with tag number matching the value in Tag.

The tag number, 0 to 255, is set in the application's preferences or settings.

Status equals Present, raw number 1.0, when the application is viewing a page that is in the savvyPanel system of this device.

The page number that it is viewing is indicated in Active Page.


0 = Not Present
1 = Present

Presence Monitor - Active Page

The page number, 0 to 255, that a computer's or iOS device's savvyPanel application with a matching tag is viewing.

The tag number is set in the application's preferences or settings.

The function block indicates the presence of application(s) with that tag number set in Status.

Active Page is only valid when the application is viewing a page that is in the savvyPanel system of this device. Active Page equals zero, otherwise.
