Internal Event

Promotes event connections from the function block engine where high-speed event inputs are not needed but event features in other motion control function blocks are needed.
Availability
  • Available only in the dw2xx-v2 series products
  • Requires library: System & I/O
  • Firmware versions 0x2105 and later

Parameters

Input Input, Read-write, Boolean (signed 16-bit integer)

Event

The event input is freely connectable from any single encoder marker, digital input event, or FI Event output in any smarty on the local network.

0 = Low
1 = High
Output Output, Read-only, Placeholder (special (timestamp))

Output

Designed to be connected to motion control function block Event inputs.

-1 = None
16 = Internal Event
Type Input, Read-write, Boolean (signed 16-bit integer)
0 = Positive Edge
1 = Negative Edge
